The company has introduced lean production experts with advanced manufacturing management experience and formed a professional KAIZEN team, which has promoted scientific and efficient management and achieved remarkable results in production method change, process reengineering, quality improvement and efficiency enhancement. Through the organic combination of intelligence, informationization and automation, the company has ensured a high degree of product consistency and won high praise from customers, and the on-time lean improvement of the whole SIPOC process has shortened LEAD-TIME to meet the rapid delivery of customers.

Production scale

Shenzhen MASON VAP Technology Co., Ltd. currently has three production bases, with a production area of about 134,000㎡for the headquarter of MASON VAP and the production base of YUTO Group Industrial Park, and 200,000㎡ for the manufacturing base in Dongguan, with a manufacturing team of more than 2,000 people, equipped with automatic production lines and lean production lines that meet the standards of cGMP (medical grade) workshop specifications, with a monthly capacity of 8 million devices and 20 million pods.

The third production base will be put into operation at the end of 2021, with a planning capacity that double from the existing one.
